Dr Seuss Party

I am seriously so excited to reveal the stunning Dr. Seuss Party I was a part of. My MIL has created Grandma's Book Club for all of her grandkids to encourage the joy of reading. After they read a book, or in this case a series, they'll celebrate the finishing of it with an over-the-top party.

For this Dr. Seuss soiree a large cat in the hat was at the entry to greet guests as they arrived. Seussical top hats and bow ties were available for guests to dress up.

My favorite things included themes from the books including: coloring pages on the tables, Seuss inspired swag bags and fabulous food.

Of course the food was perfectly labeled silly names such as:
Green eggs and ham

 One fish two fish Jello

Hop on Popcorn

Apples on Top

Moose Moss & Moose Moss Sauce (salad & dressing)

Moose Moss Blocks

Thing 1 & Thing 2 Cupcakes

Roast Beast Sandwiches

The candy bar featured all kinds of blue, red and white delights, complete with baggies to go.
