30 Day Clean Eating Challenge


  I just booked a cruise for October so I suppose its time to finally loose the rest of the baby weight (one year later cough cough.) I have a few friends that work really hard and look like it, that have had success with the Paleo/Clean Eating lifestyle. I started doing cross fit 5 days a week with a few friends and after 3 weeks of this madness I haven't seen the results I though I would. I realize that its only been 3 weeks and 80% of my results are going to come from my diet... Boo, why can't this be easier :) 

  I am loaded up on books, tips & tricks and lots of healthy foods. I'm ready to give this a 30 day trial and see where it takes me! Here' s a sample of my week from paleoplan.com that I am going to use. I will post weekly meal plans and my progress photos each week in this new Clean Eating 101 segment.
