DIY Window Panes

I recently added a pallet accent wall to my half bath. I wanted to keep the theme on the vintage/country side so I decided to use an old window to decorate. One problem, the window was just a blank window no panes, so I added them.

Here is what you'll need:

  • Small pieces of wood aka: Barbie 2x4s (these can be found in the dowel section of the hardware store)
  • Glue, something that will bond wood and glass
  • Tape Measure
  • Pencil
  • Saw

Cut the pieces to fit together in the window.

Measure and mark the middle of the window where you want to glue them down.

Hold in place while the glue sets, then repeat on all sides.

Allow 12+ hours to dry and set.
