Vintage Chic Wedding

Last weekend I had the opportunity to attend a good friends wedding and reception. She had mentioned that the event would be held in her parents backyard and she was wanting to go for a vintage chic feel. I was completely blown away by every detail that had been done and I had to share with all of you.

Upon entering the reception this pallet wall was displaying bridals and engagement photos. There were also christmas lights on the trees and a "C" painted on to pallets.

The photos were decorated with jute string and pom pom's made from coffee liners to add a floral aspect. I just love how perfectly this set the mood for the wedding and reception, simply stunning!

The flowers that were in her bouquet were roses, hydrangeas and peonies. I loved that a blue mason jar was used to hold them on each table. A burlap runner, elegant candles and more photos made the centerpieces the perfect height without being too busy.

Old tin cans were painted white and had holes drilled into them to let the light of tea lights shine through at night.

And I saved the best for last, this breathtaking arrangement is made up of paper lanterns, sticks pained white, glass orbs with roses inside, and a variety of glass ornaments hanging from the twigs. It was a beautiful day and an even more beautiful wedding. I  am so happy for my friend and her new husband and was glad to share in the happiness of their brand new life together!
